ITALIAN KABOBS
ITALIAN KABOBS
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1-lb. smoked Italian sausages cut into 1” pieces
1 medium red bell pepper cut into 1” pieces
1 medium green pepper cut into 1” pieces
1 medium onion cut into 1” pieces
8 oz. button mushrooms
In a resealable food storage bag combine soy sauce and apple juice. Add peppers, onion and mushrooms. Seal bag and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain and reserve marinade. Put sausage pieces and vegetables alternately on skewers. Brush with reserved marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals; turn and baste often, for 15-20 minutes or until sausage is hot and vegetables have reached desired doneness
