DIET COKE CHICKEN
This is a Weight Watchers recipe that yummy and low cal.
4 boneless skinless chichen breasts (4oz each)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Diet Coke
Brown the chicken breasts with a little salt and pepper to taste. Add Diet Code and ketchup and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes or noodles. I like to add a few tablespoons of diced green chilies for a little extra zip.
