STIR FRIED HARVEST BLEND VEGETABLES
¼ cup butter
2 red tomatoes cut into wedges
2 green tomatoes cut into wedges
1 large bell pepper cut into strips
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
½ cut fresh chives, chopped
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. Italian pasta seasoning mix
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add vegetables and seasonings and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
