HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

HAMBURGER STROGANOFF
1 ½ lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 15oz. cans beef gravy
2 oz. red wine
1 cup sour cream
3 cups noodles
Brown ground beef, drain.  Return to pan, add onions, mushrooms and red wine.  Sauté until onions are translucent.  Add gravy and heat.  In the meantime cook noodles as directed per package.  Add sour cream to meat and gravy just before serving.
